What do you like best about Culture Amp? I like the all of the different professional development aspects of it. It is very easey to use and keep track of all progress and areas of imptovement.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? We don't have to do performance reviews on a Google sheet and it ensures confidentiality that the right people are viewing the right perfromance reviews

"Great tool to help with 1:1s"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? I like the easeness and structured view for keeping tabs with employees for our 1:1's. It helps both me and the employee to remember to fill in the form before we have our 1:1. It has proven to make our meetings more efficient and enjoyable.

"Straightforward way to organize and facilitate company culture and employee feedback"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? The options to do both anonymous as well as named surveys related to company culture and policies. I also really love that we can request feedback from our coworkers by just using a simple drop-down menu.

"Great Talent & Development platform"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? What I like the most is having the ability to set goals and track my progress. From a Company perspective, having mid and end of year Reviews down in CultureAmp is a really agile & efficient way of having all stakeholders involved in the processes!
