"A tool I didn't know I needed"

What do you like best about Culture Amp? It took ideas/competencies/behaviors that I was already aware I need to work on and broke them down into step by step process on how to approve. The learning is very easy and the program does not let you do more than one session in a day. The program has allowed me to focus on one thing at a time.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? Career progression is facilitate by creating goals for yourself, and most inportantly acheiveing them. Culture Amp Goal tracking provides an easy way to set goals, organize and keep track of how they are going. Setting key metrics, expected completion dates, tracking metrics by percentage or number values and set priority to name a few. It lets me organize my thoughts and what goals are important for me to work on for the short term and long term.

"Super User Friendly, but Lacks in Customization"

What do you like best about Culture Amp? Culture Amp is one of the most user-friendly platforms I've ever used. It is so easy to learn how to navigate, especially with all of the trainings and resources they offer. For the most part, the platform allows us to be self-sufficient and agile with our survey programs. It is also very user-friendly for our survey participants and report viewers.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? In our organization, we use it for running company-wide Engagement Surveys, and Performance & Growth Review cycles. I personally like to use the Culture Amp tool as it provides me with a platform to make action plans, track my conversations with the Direct Manager and leaders as well as track my goals (small and large).

What do you like best about Culture Amp? I think Culture Amp is extremely good for small person HR teams and leadership development. We are finding the Career Paths, Development Plans and Engagement surveys to be particularly valuable in structuring growth options at the company. Engagement of shoutouts has been high and its helping us to develop a culture of recognition, feedback and continued improved performance.

"User friendly and simple"

What do you like best about Culture Amp? It's really easy to use, have a clean design and very intuitive platform. There's a lot of features that are important for me such as 1:1's and feedback tabs, also it's pretty simple when I have some task to do like to fill out my performance review. I never required the Cutomer support, which I think is a good thing! haha! I use mostly to ask for feedbacks and make sure my development is being recorded.
