What do you like best about Culture Amp? I find the one on one agenda setting system to be extraordinarily helpful. I meet with my supervisor weekly and I use Culture Amp throughout the week to create an agenda so the key issues don't get missed, and so that my supervisor can prepare in advance for the issues that I wish to discuss.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? Culture Amp is very intuitive and easy to use. It helps me to provide meaningful feedback to my team and to schedule and arrange discussions with them. I am easily able to refer back to past reviews and compare these to current performance.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? Two things stand out about CultureAmp; the process of filling in surveys is incredibly polished, and during reviews and self-reflections the right information is always in the sidebar. In these two places, CultureAmp stands out as being incredibly easy to use. I don't use it incredibly frequently, but for these features, it is especially useful. It also integrates well with Slack which is a big plus

What do you like best about Culture Amp? The capacity to share opinions, notes, feedback, and issues to management divisions that normally are not available on day-to-day basis. This allows for a free flow communication that is also both productive and fulfilling.
