What do you like best about Culture Amp? All documents including goals, development, performance reviews etc and in one place. Previously we would have a lot of google docs floating around that would be hard to organize and keep track of.

Their platform is very easy to use and their prompts for giving feedback help to spark conversation about strengths and weaknesses in a constructive way.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? Culture Amp has been great at allowing our HR to communicate with me, with little effort on my part. Culture Amp has supported my onboarding, tracking my performance and engagement surveys. I had no problems with these functions and it was easy to use. Judging by the HR responses, it looks like they are able to get the information they need as well.
