Renewal scamming on top of all dysfunctionality
Although it clearly says in settings under subscriptions "Autorenewal is off." they charged the card again and renewed the subscription without any warning or approval from user side. Bugs are still a constant, new ones appear almost daily, statistics inside the platform are a pure joke and mostly random numbers, most probably the development is outsourced and with that things can only get worse and worse over time. Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I had a doubt before purchasing that if in case i am not satisfied with their service then will i get a refund or not. The customer service agent ensured me that i can get a refund to my original source of payment within 14 days of charge, in case i am not satisfied with the cryptohopper experience.

Bot not selling when price reached
I told them about bot not selling when price reached and they replied they will do nothing to fix the problem or do anything about it Basically told me I need to do it manually when I am paying for a bot to do things automatically. SO you know it will miss a lot fo sells and you will lose money and dont bother deal with cs it will just be a pain in the butt.
