I like the UI and all but the trading…

I like the UI and all but the trading is just not it for me, losing money and nothing positive has been done so far. I just contacted zetsus.com who gave more support than cryptohopper itself.

Cryptohopper is a scam..

Cryptohopper is a scam.. They have been charging me since May 2021 for a subscription that I had cancelled. They are best buddies with the other fraud company PayPal that just cheats people left right and center. I have just informed my team of lawyers to get something ready to sue with all the mails and conversations. Cryptohopper can't be trusted one bit they scam you and cheat you.

CrytoHopper is a SCAM. Never Use It

I signd up for Crytohopper and there after cancelled it after a few days as the Hopper was not profitable and as a matter doesn`t trade well. I informed CrytoHOPPER via thier Chat Support that I wish to officially cancel the subscription to which they acknowledged. However now CrytoHopper is refusing to pay back / refund me my money. Highly Not Recommended and Please Stay away from CrytoHopper. It`s a Scam.

Not a good bot

This bot might work for certain applications, but my experience has not been very good. The bot has a serious lag to it which cause the trailing stop function to not work properly as it places the orders well after the price has dropped too far. It should be placing stop orders as soon as the trigger is reached and it doesn't place them until it has already fallen, that is not the way stops work. Especially if they are limit stops. SCAM

They say you can get a refund, but just try to get a refund and you won't be able to get one thru their support and PayPal will just refuse it. If you want to make money, buy and hold. These guys are just taking your money and giving you a useless service which makes frequent trading mistakes.

These scammers claimed I'd lost the right to a refund after 2 days because: * I'd left the bot on (to show them the issue I was trying to get a refund for) * I'd raised a claim for a refund with PayPal instead of contacting via their support portal (but I couldn't get past the Captcha even though it showed a green tick so how am I supposed to do that?) Don't know how they have so many stars does some silly jigsaw my screen moves as I use slider so always takes too long to put it in position. Can't login another ridiculously stupid app. Who are the developers of this login process absolutely no brains whatsoever. Fed up of trying done!
