Impossible to set up
It doesn't matter how good this company may or may not be. Its pointless if it won't let you type in an api key. Tried on phone and laptop and tried several browsers and exchanges. Just won't let me type it. Save your frustration and go elsewhere

SCAM website!
SCAM website! I have tried their services and cancelled within 14 days according to their refund policy. After clearly confirmed the request by their CS, nothing has been done and I was charged second time on after 2 weeks! Their CS is rude and irresponsible and said said it will be up to paypal to decide. I was scammed USD 99 twice which is USD 198 total!

use cryptohopper for several years and am very satisfied with it. also bottrading requires like the normal trading a basic knowledge. who takes the time and deals with trading has joy with cryptohopper.

The platform itself is fine
Update: Used to be 1 star since they kept ignoring me. Now I give 3 stars since they finally responded. Overall they're decent, just really slow to respond to your ticket.

Absolute crap, after I signed to a subscription it would not let me sign in. No matter how many attempt's I made. A waste of $19. Don't use this shitbot.
