They stole my money

They stole my 500 dollars. All of their good reviews are fake, check out their facebook page its hilarious! EDIT: I wrote to you on multiple occasions, check ticket number 284998.They are not working on it, I will take legal actions against this company, there is no other way. UPDATE: I have a proof Crypterium is holding my money. It was taken by their bitcoin adress almost a month ago! Outrageous! BE AWARE.

Crypterium is unfriendly towards Chromebook users.

Overall, the site is not too bad. Customer service is decent/acceptable. KYC is difficult, but not the worst I've ever experienced. HOWEVER... MESSAGE FOR CRYPTERIUM "BRASS" : I am very angry and disappointed in Crypterium for one reason, but it's a deal-breaker... Your site has "ZERO" provisions for Chromebook users. this is scam

this is scam, when you use their app they steal your assets sending it to different blockchain addresses from time to time, support doing nothing they hide and never answer. I have all evidences on file. All good opinions here is a lie and their answers are answers of scammers

When i contacted support then i was told that i have to upload my passport to pass my kyc but after doing the same process again by my passport i was shocked to to read a message popped up saying that my request was declined and due to internal rules my account will be closed and the decision is final. Easy to use, great interface. But since I use it infrequently, Crypterium has high fees.

Scammer Clowns with horrid English

thoroughly check all reviews in the App Store. These clowns have a lot of problems. I believe they are 100% scammers who only act while in a bull market. DYOR. DONT USE THEIR APP. Edit: They we’re quick to reply to my post (within hours), yet won’t retrieve thousands of individuals lost funds. Their response was the same computer generated, copy-paste response they give to the majority of their low rating reviews. Do yourselves a favor, don’t fall victim to their laundering scheme.
