Loading card impossible for the last 6 months. Very poor service and updates regarding the issue. No explanation at all.

Very very very poor item with virtually NO SUPPORT

I have not been able to load my card since April '23 - with no explanation other than "Under maintenance" we're fixing some issues, please give us some time to drive this feature to perfection" So this card has been 100% useless to me !!! Meanwhile Choise continue to remove monthly user fees from my account... this won't happen for much longer cos I CAN'T LOAD IT !!!!

They'll steal your funds

Allows you to top up by sending them crypto but withdraws and topping up your card are not working due to "transition phase". Funny enough this is not stated anywhere till you add money onto the platform.

I am not going to invest money in a company that does not provide proof of financial health I suggest you do proper research about financial health before investing, if the company goes bankrupt you will not recover your money like it happens with traditional banks
