What do you like best about Crowdfire? I like the ease of access, but this works best for a single account holder or business. They system is very easy to use, easy to plan posts, and gives great reminders for your instagram postings. Cheap and effective.

"Scam company, they don't reply my emails requesting a refund."
What do you like best about Crowdfire? Nothing. I've paid one year plan believing that would be possible to schedule the instagram posts and have them automatically posted. I've scheduled more than 90 posts and after contacting the support asking why the posts are not been posted, to my surprise I got a reply saying that

Doesn't work anymore!
Doesn't work anymore!Expensive - was £15 per year, now £7.99 per MONTH!!!!Lots of features removed (auto replies, instagram feed)The only feature left that is useful to help with your social media accounts is broken - "Copy Followers" search.It doesn't work, you search for a specific person eg @icenimagazine and it gives random list but not that person. Also search for something like "norwich" and you get a load of chinese and japanese people which is 1/2 way across the world.Also , asks to ...

Super simple to publish and makes for an excellent Twitter tool.
PROS: I love how I can look into anyone who have recently followed/unfollowed me. I get to this really easily. The product's basic version lets you automate DMs, observe who your geuniune fans are, and copy followers. You even get to see those who aren't even following you back as well as followers who are no longer active.
