Very slow customer service (took 6 weeks for them to reply properly). They've also removed a lot of features and won't give refunds. It used to be a great app, but is now mostly useless.

Some tools include automated messages, access to following your competitor's users and the ability to interact with others on social media platforms based on keyword searches, which help increase brand presence.

Had the premium plan for a year but never used it. Now the charged me for my second year, and won't give me a refund. I've been trying to contact support for over a month. STAY AWAY FROM CROWDFIRE

What do you like best about Crowdfire? Crowdfire is easy to use when I want to sort through who I am following, unfollow inactive followers and people who are not following me. It's also easy to see who my new followers are and decide whether to follow back. I mainly use it for Twitter so can't advise on how well it works with other social media.
