Good Mobile App
What do you like best? It has many features and easy to use for attendees. What do you dislike? Many attendees have trouble loading it on their device so we have to have a mobile app help desk at events. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We no longer print agendas. Good gamification using technology. Easy use for quick surveys and push notifications.

Just the Event App we were looking for!
What do you like best? For our delegation trips to Washington DC and Mexico City, customization and on-the-go push notifications are key! We loved the customizable graphics allowing us to make the branding consistent (plus the ability to monetize sponsorship opportunities). On the trips, things are also in a state of flux with room changes and multiple schedules and tracks for our attendees. The push notifications were extremely helpful! What do you dislike? Great tool for our events
What do you like best? This tool allows our attendees to have a more personalized experience while on-site and now with virtual events we can use it to increase engagement. What do you dislike? Great for Larger Events!
What do you like best? I love how easy apps are to create for our events, and the fact that your event information from Cvent transfers over to CrowdCompass. Our organization has gone paperless over the passed five years, and CrowdCompass has been essential in doing so. What do you dislike? Excellent tool, excellent customer service
What do you like best? I loved the hand-holding that I received through my first event (and I know it comes standard because I've been part of launching a 'first event' with two different companies so I got the royal first-timer treatment twice, even though I didn't need it much the second time). What do you like best? You are able to make updates throughout the event. No more agenda reprints of inserts! What do you dislike? Sometimes the app is clunky to navigate. What do you like best? The program is fairly easy to use, once you have set up a few apps it is easy to understand what goes where. And if you link the app to registration information in Cvent it is even better. All the sessions, attendees, speakers information will flow right into your app set up, which saves TONS of time What do you dislike? Easy to Intergrate and Dynamic Interface
What do you like best? The ease of integrating our information from our RMS into the app. It's dynamic and the users love it. It helps increase our engagement from participants. What do you dislike? The cost! We would use more if it wasn't so expensive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have seen such an increase in participant engagement.
