Support and Development not up to the mark
What do you like best? Upper management is good and holding good clients even though so big players in market today. What do you dislike? Very big Challenge that I observe of skilled resources to deliver the content seamlessly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? CRM is user friendly
What do you like best? All the details are reflecting on 360 page, Hence looks like good future. What do you dislike? There are lots bugs available in CRMNext. Hence its require improvement What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We don't have CRM code, So for every issue we have to logged the ticket in CRM.

Well made, poorly executed
What do you like best? It's ease of use is great. It allows multiple ways of integrating social activities, and allows for tracking of calls and overall information. What do you dislike? It is too simple, to the point of fault. If your new you are lead on a path that is laid out for you.
