Crelate offers a lot of great features
PROS: Crelate is equipped with many functionalities and is great for searching through the candidate list. I love how it allows you to make direct uploads. CONS: This is a complex platform with a great number of features so it can be quite challenging to learn and use. There are also times when it stops working properly.

They provide you with high-quality product and excellent customer service
PROS: The team behind Crelate has given us the best of their service, from the initial demo to the migration process. Thanks to their competent team members who have been very patient with us all throughout, everything has gone smoothly and I can only wish we have given this platform a chance sooner. We now handle applicant tracking, direct hire recruitment, communications, and business development with Crelate.

The best talent management platform
PROS: Crelate is a user-friendly platform that we use for contract and direct hire staffing. It works really well for our business needs. CONS: This platform is good and dynamic as it is but I would like it better if it were a little more flexible.

We are better organized with Crelate
PROS: I highly appreciate how this software organizes our data and enables us to share information with one another easily. CONS: It can take a while to learn how to fully navigate this software but I can say that it has been worth our while.

Excellent CRM tool
PROS: Crelate has many great features including search and reporting tools and parsing extensions. It also lets you work on several workflows. CONS: We were using a different CRM tool before and the process of migrating data hasn’t gone as well as we expected. The Crelate team did their best though, and the mistakes are allowable given the huge amount of data that they needed to work on.

It is a flexible tool
PROS: It is an amazing tool to work with. It makes everything look easy with its simple interface. It offers seamless support in terms of how you can manage all your projects. For example, I can see everything from a single page and thus there is no need to switch pages when I want to view something different. PROS: As a staff recruiting firm, our clients’ demands are unique and the volume is bulk in terms of delivery. Crelate has made is possible for us to satisfy those needs while we stay within our reach in terms of capacity.
