What do you like best? Full integration of CrM, risk and portfolio management in one system. What do you dislike? Not extremely user friendly. Takes some training to get it down. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Primarily using it for CrM management now, as the company is phasing in other aspects such as risk and portfolio management.
