Easy to use
What do you like best? Crazy Egg makes it easy to set up Heat maps for tracking user behaviors. Their interface is simple to use and well thought out. What do you dislike? I wish I didn't have to wait so long -- it would be nice for it to attempt to predict user behavior based on past activity. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None really, beyond setup configurations

Actionable Insights and Excellent Customer Support
What do you like best? Crazy Egg provides valuable insight into the performance of our site. The A/B testing tool has helped us see which web page variants work best for our audience and helped us determine what changes to make for a better user experience. What do you like best? Crazy Egg has offered us the missing piece to our website analytics. Not only do we understand how visitors interact with our clients websites, but we also can understand what needs to be changed on the websites to create a better user experience. Crazy Egg is crazy good
What do you like best? Helpful heatmapping tools and A/B testing to help optimize my digital marketing efforts. What do you dislike? Some of the user interface could be improved. And, it would be nice to not have to enter every page URL that I want to track. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? How users are behaving on the website, and how to optimize it.

Great insights
What do you like best? Easy to use and very intuitive. I like how segmentation works. What do you dislike? I would like to spend more time with a product specialist to go over reports and insights What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? AB testing, choosing the best alternatives. We've been able to achieve greater conversions. Heat maps are great and we've been able to identify some bugs with session replays.

This thing is purely awesome!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We were able to acquire valuable insights from it. We get to know what users are currently up to. We have an idea at what point they'll reach out to certain pages our site. We're capable of keeping track of their behavior and roll out changes on our site that pushed to higher conversions. What do you like best? Crazy egg gives you in a glance what exactly your visitors are doing, where they are clicking, what areas are not visible to them, what is most clicked. This is valuable information in the age of mobile and responsive browsing. It is completely friendly, easy to use, very intuitive and integrates with any kind of site, not only wordpress. Product doesn't work properly. And they secretly billed me for a year and to the wrong card.
What do you like best? Not much as it doesn't work effectively. What do you dislike? Doesn't work and extremely poor system and customer service. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None really.
