What do you like best? The thing i like best about Crazy Egg is that it breaks everything down for you. Such as different maps for tablets, mobile, or desktop. It also breaks up the recordings by page and shows you a heat map and a scroll map at the same time for easy interpretation. What do you dislike? The scroll map is kind of confusing. What do you like best? I like that CrazyEgg is super simple to use. The set up and installation is quick and painless since you can utilize Google Tag Manager and not have to get a web developer involved to install the one time code snippet. I also really like how CrazyEgg's reporting dashboard is even more simple to use. The results are straight forward and easy to read.
