Excellent tech helpdesk! Really impressed!
What do you like best? I've only scratched the surface of functionalities for Crazy Egg, but so far it's meeting my company's needs and in some ways exceeding them. The software is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. I also had an amazing interaction with JL Neilsen yesterday to resolve a tech issue. Competitively priced, very clean UI and a great way to know your customers
What do you like best? How is it to understand at all points a customer journey on our website thanks to how well its Heatmap feature works. What do you dislike? I feel that A/B testing could definitely be more polished. The PageCamera feature is a bit clunky as well. Easy to use, super powerful tool!
What do you like best? I like the fact that CrazyEgg is very easy to use. What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike about the tool. What problems are you solving with the product? With CrazyEgg we solve the problem of not knowing whether our website visitors click where they need to click in order to get them to the next step in their journey on our website.

What do you like best? We really enjoy the data visualizations on snapshots as both a source of information and a kind of "snackable insight" for project managers. What do you dislike? We've had trouble implementing snapshots on A/B tests. Recommendations to others considering the product: I wouldn't rely on it a sole data provider, but it is great for CTRs and scroll depth. What do you like best? Super easy to use tool, requires little to no technical chops. Lots of features and easy to navigate and find everything I need. Great support center and customer service. A quick trial of the software and I'm impressed with the feature and functionality vs other providers eg HotJar.Pricing is better than other similar products.Also, one to mention is the ease of integration, all of which can be done via Google Tag Manager
