Love it!

-Website is easy to navigate. -You can buy a subscription box for youself or as a gift to someone else. -When I has questions both the customerservice and the seller answered quickly. -There are tons of different subscription boxes you can get: No matter who you are, you can find a subscription that follows your interests and hobbies.

I've been playing a series of crates, 'Escape the Crate,' that has two themes. One theme is figuring out the puzzles in the crate and the other 'overall theme' - 'defeat the bad guy.' I have thought of buying one of the cooking crates for my teenage nephew who is interested in cooking. It may give him a toe in the door for something new.

Took my money and I never received anything

I ordered a book subscription for my daughter. They charged my card, sent an email saying the shipment was sent, the tracking number says Shipment Not Found, and the seller is no longer on Cratejoy. Customer service is a joke, no response through chat or email. I cancelled but I don't get a refund, they just tell me I'll stop getting books at the end of the subscription year, but I never received any of the books.
