Order not received in its entirety, no response from Cratejoy or seller

I ordered a 6 month book subscription for my mother for Christmas that cost $100. She only received the first book when she should have received 3 by now. I cannot reach or get a response from Cratejoy or the seller. So I paid $100 for one book. Terrible service.

No support even for impersonation

Someone created a seller account in my name, and I now see fraudulent transactions associated with my email address. I am working to get it shut down, but have no way to reach customer support. I will be pursuing all available avenues to get this nipped, but beware of Cratejoy if you ever wind up in this situation.

Cratejoy always helps us find the latest and greatest subscriptions. From tasty snacks to really cool arts and crafts for our children, and anything you can imagine. Highly recommend finding a couple favorites, and enjoying them with your family!

Love using Cratejoy

I have used Cratejoy for several different things over the years including gifts. I have never had issues of not receiving items. I have never had to reach out to customer service so I have no knowledge there. The only problem I have is deciding which one I currently want to have delivered!

When I first found Cratejoy.com I felt I fell down the magical rabbit hole of possibilities! The sellers I have subscribed to both past and present were all great with timely delivery, packaging, and customer service as well as having amazing subscription box content!!!! I am as impressed as I can be!!!
