Paid for 3 months in advance for bath and beauty products for my wife and after several emails and "chats" they decided not to take any action on my behalf. Crate Joy = Sad Crate

Horrible customer service
I'd give negative stars if I could I ordered in November for the start of a 3 month subscription. Today not one month has arrived. Now that they have my money, two months of emails and website contact has netted no response. Please do not waste your time and money with this company.

"Site Littered with Fake Reviews, Overpriced Fees, Overcomplicated Software"
What do you like best about Cratejoy? Cratejoy is a great way to get visibility for a subscription business if you're new. The site offers PR opportunities as well for business owners, if you jump through all of their hoops to be featured.

What do you like best about Cratejoy? It fills a critical niche in being one of the only services built around monthly recurring services. The Marketplace is a good selling tool too.

What do you like best about Cratejoy? Literally nothing they take your payment and provide a terrible service. I have 4 subscription boxes with cratejoy and they have terrible service and a terrible support team.

Cratejoy has a bit of a problem.
Cratejoy has a bit of a problem. They are a gathering place for companies to sell their subscription boxes through but they know almost nothing about these companies. At least not the two times I've had issues. When you have a problem and you cannot find a way to contact the company or you have contact information and they don't answer there is nothing Cratejoy can do. If their company had a bigger hand in the regulation of their 3rd party company's listings I could change my mind. ...

"Misleading fee structure, no transparency"
What do you like best about Cratejoy? The system that Cratejoy uses works well. Subscriptions were processed on a regular schedule and are pretty much hands off to maintain.

Not delivered - no response
I understand things can go wrong with delivery and I am grateful that I have now been refunded, however, customer service leaves much to be wanted for - I only received a reply after leaving a bad review on here (the one I am currently amending). Plus there is no tracking at all for delivery.

Not good
There portal is nice to use but is an unfinished product that cannot fulfil many basic functions. I am not sure what they are charging for, have been spamming my customers without my consent and are unable to fix any of there many errors that cause loss of customers. Customer service slow and incompetent.
