Abusive company that respects no privacy
Tl;Dr They will contact you without your consent, hostile to requests to stop. I originally became aware of them because they sent unsolicited emails to me. No big deal, clicked unsubscribe. Emails kept coming. Sent an email asking for unsubscription, started getting emails DAILY. Eventually had to create a block rule to filter them and report spam after repeat unsubscribe attempts failed and it became clear their emails came from multiple sub-domains.

Never received product or any responses to questions
I paid for 3 months but never received ANYTHING. And there has been no communication at all from the vendor or from cratejoy. No responses to my multiple inquiries. Don't use this service - it is a scam.

Worst Gift Ever for a Dedicated Co-worker of 18+ years!
Like other reviews I am seeing NOW after buying a six month seed subscription for a co-worker's retirement gift, I am completely disappointed and disillusioned with this service. The product has not been delivered well beyond the date it was supposed to be. My coworker and I have both reached out to the company and emails were returned as Email Delivery Failure. Neither Bloomin' Bin nor Cratejoy can be reached through their websites and my "account" is apparently nonfunctional now that my ...

I'm giving one star because I can't give anything lower and because, IF you receive a box, it is actually a decent product. Made a mistake going with cratejoy
Made a mistake going with cratejoy. All three boxes were sent at the same time on a 3 month subscription. Support said they will contact seller, seller didn't respond so they closed the ticket. Absolutely the worst both in product and even worse in support.

Paid for 3 months in advance for bath…
Paid for 3 months in advance for bath and beauty products for my wife and after several emails and "chats" they decided not to take any action on my behalf. Crate Joy = Sad Crate
