What do you like best about Coupa? I use Coupa - Travel and Expense Solution for 2 purposes, firstly to claim my own reimbursements from the organization, and secondly to get the reimbursement data so as to create reports and dashboards on the same. The UI is really great and we can track all historical expenses very easily, on top of that, chat option helps approver and person who is claiming to discuss any issues with receipts. For me, Coupa is one of the smartest procurement software ever developed.

PROS: It took me some time to get the hang of things while using Coupa. It's not that simple but not that complex either. I did a lot of self-study, and I'm proud to say that I've learned so many things by using Coupa, that's why it's worth buying. CONS: It is not recommended for novice users because of its complexity. Give yourself more time to master the ins and outs of Coupla. Hopefully, the developer can find ways to create shortcuts on certain things to encourage more employees to use ...

PROS: Procuring of company supplies doesn't have to be as complicated as before. What I like about Coupa is that it's structured similarly to an online shopping site, thus making it easier for employees to shop for what they need. It gives you a detailed comparison of your purchases on behalf of the company to have better visibility and control of its expenditures. PROS: I can easily order what our company needs. I type the items on the search bar, and it will automatically give me multiple options. It's like shopping in Amazon, swift, efficient, and accurate. CONS: They need to upgrade some of their features, specifically the smartphone application, because I can only do minimal tasks. I am looking forward to seeing some changes in the future.
