What do you like best about Coupa? Lack of hands-on processing for invoicing, expense reports and approvals. I love that it has opened up my schedule to be more analytical in the expenses rather than processing and data entering. What do you dislike about Coupa? I don't like that when we dispute an invoice it doesn't go back to the supplier. Instead we have to dispute it AND void it for the supplier to be notified that we aren't processing the invoice. What do you like best about Coupa? I like the automation. Sending daily notification to managers to approve invoices and Purchase Requistion. Allowing the purchase requestors to view their orders, invoices and payment status without them having to reach out to accounting for the updates. What do you like best about Coupa? Coupa has helped bring visibility into the procurement function and eliminate manual processes. Invoice processing is automated thanks to its OCR function. What do you like best about Coupa? It is straightforward to use and understand. Also, the expense approval takes place in a very secure, effective and hierarchically. "Coupa- A wonderful solution to manage all Expenses and claim reimbursements"

What do you like best about Coupa? I use Coupa - Travel and Expense Solution for 2 purposes, firstly to claim my own reimbursements from the organization, and secondly to get the reimbursement data so as to create reports and dashboards on the same.
