What do you like best about Coupa? We can process payments straight out of Coupa, issue Virtual cards, easily see invoices. There is a lot of capabilities and system connections that can be made with Coupa. What do you dislike about Coupa? We are still trying to figure out how to configures roles/users so that each user has access to what they need, but not too much. PROS: Procuring of company supplies doesn't have to be as complicated as before. What I like about Coupa is that it's structured similarly to an online shopping site, thus making it easier for employees to shop for what they need. It gives you a detailed comparison of your purchases on behalf of the company to have better visibility and control of its expenditures. PROS: I can easily order what our company needs. I type the items on the search bar, and it will automatically give me multiple options. It's like shopping in Amazon, swift, efficient, and accurate. CONS: They need to upgrade some of their features, specifically the smartphone application, because I can only do minimal tasks. I am looking forward to seeing some changes in the future.

Coupa is way better than what I’ve been using before.

PROS: There is no need to invest in other platforms to meet our supply needs. Coupa can give you everything that you need without spending too much time ordering what your company needs and wants. CONS: Sometimes it undergoes system issues without giving us any heads up. You'll end up reprocessing all of your orders because it won't push through.

Coupa is a unique and independent platform that specializes in invoicing and supply management.

PROS: One of the best things that I appreciate about Coupa is its flexibility.
