Hasn't been user friendly to start off

What do you like best? The ease of attaching receipts to expense is great. Also itemizing expenses is simplified. I can also be set as a delegate for my managers to help them with their reports. What do you dislike? There are a lot more steps to take to create a report. All expense post as individual reports and sometimes you can have up to 50-100 different reports which causes a headache with approving them. What do you like best? I enjoy that the system is more intuitive and easier to use than older systems. I like that it feels fresh and is easy to navigate and even has a mobile presence. What do you like best? The website version is simple to use and the wallet feature is particularly helpful when loading receipts. Super easy to integrate mileage or related info. What do you like best? Love how simple and thorough this system is! Love how you can drag and drop receipts easily What do you dislike? When you save an expense report on somebody else’s (when you’re a delegate) it’ll claim it as yours when you return to it. User Friendly, Quick and Easy

What do you like best? Quick and easy to use, this product has completely transformed our expense process, which used to be very manual and paper based. Our travelers absolutely love Coupa expenses, and as a Finance Manager, the out of the box reporting has been great to drive visibility into our expenses spend. What do you dislike?
