CorelDRAW

What do you like best? Smooth to work through and easy to learn What do you dislike? In the attempt to compete with other design programs, Corel can seem to try to implement too much, resulting in initial confusion. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can pretty much do all I need to create my layouts with Corel, at a lower cost in the end.

Puts a premium on accuracy.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I admit that I work better with 3D designs, rather than 2D. However, Corel makes the transition almost pain-free. It is surprisingly smooth to handle, and I’ve made more than satisfactory vectors using this. It’s not the most revolutionary tool, but it does give pretty good support. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I wouldn’t complain if their developers added more meat to their toolbox. Everything here is pretty ...

Ages old, yet the best designing tool

What do you like best? Whether it a logo desining, illustration job, CorelDraw is the best and easiest tool to get the job done as a vector. Costs only 16.50 USD per month and CorelDraw is the only softwear which provides such a capability in the industry. Good alternative for Adobe Illustrator. What do you dislike? Bit pricey, Better if there is subscription package which offfers only CorelDraw instead of the whole package. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

Corel is still king.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? To this day, Corel remains to be the top design tool for professionals. I wouldn’t trade this with any other software. I particularly like its curve tool feature that gives me a lot of control in tracing objects in my design. I can also add a shadowy finish if I want to. This is both interactive and fun to work with. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Switching tools can be challenging. There’s a lag time that gets ...
