Great platform for a developer

What do you like best? The DXP platform is flexible and offers a wide range of tools and features. Content access permissions are super helpful when developing for select audiences or for testing purposes. The hooks feature offers event based actions which is great for third-party integrations, error reporting and ecommerce post-purchase events. Development on CoreDNA provides extensive classes and functions allowing you to easily create custom scripts and templates for all aspects of the ...

Simple for non-technical users

What do you like best? Core dna is easy to use, and you can get the hang of it even if you aren't familiar with using content management systems. I've used my fair share of content management systems (WordPress, Sitecore, Joomla, Shopify, etc, and I was impressed by the user-friendliness, as well as the speed of Core dna. What do you dislike? The user interface isn't the prettiest on the market. Recommendations to others considering the product Talk to their team, they're very ...

Good product and great people

What do you like best? My company has been a Coredna user for 15 years so we have seen web 1.0, web 2.0 and whatever we are at now. The CMS is elegant and intuitive and the technical support is helpful and supportive. What do you dislike? Some 3rd party API integrations can be difficult and costly to implement. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Logistics customer front end pricing and website integration to our SERP.

DXP Done Right

What do you like best? Core dna has quite a lot of features to it, probably too many. We were able to use their applications to build out a useful FAQ application for our sales staff and didn't need additional software to do it. What do you dislike? Core dna needs to think about having more API end points open, i.e. to manipulate more of the user and group profiles from other apps. Also more event based triggers would be useful to connect it with other systems, like our Salesforce ...

User friendly and adaptable platform

What do you like best? The easy to use interface. Even if you have not used anything similar prior to using CoreDNA the site is easy to navigate and quite instinctual. What do you dislike? The particular business requirements we had were quite unique and thus prevented some challenges with integration to backend systems. Some things are unnecessarily repetitive i.e. being booted back to page 1 each time you make a change to something and having to go back to the page you were working on ...

SAAS platform with customization and charismatic team at the root

What do you like best? The team at core dna cares. That's the root of it. If you don't succeed, they don't. Your deadlines are theirs and they aim to please. They are also regularly rolling out changes to help all accounts and what helps one helps all, as it should be. Their APIs and integrations have made rolling out international websites simple. What do you dislike? Sometimes our close relationship with the team can get in the way, but it's what makes them feel like part of the ...
