Bad quality control and customer care delivery…

Copy Ai is a brilliant tool to help you write and generate ideas. I signed up for a year $420 and worked on the software for 2 days. This is my 3rd day and they say I need to pay $39 to upgrade. I've flipped my lid and wrote several emails telling them I have a year subscription. There was an automated response that says oops you've used up your words. Have you ever heard of anything so ridiculous?

It's a great product but has a very bad team. Every other day it will stop working and the support team (including the founder, Chris Lu) has absolutely no idea about what's going on. They would just shamelessly blame this reason or that. Many times, (and they call it "accidentally") they ship bugs directly to the production. Seriously? Either they have ZERO skills for managing software or they're just irresponsible.

The only Flaw I found that I cannot create content as per SEO optimized. 2 days ago I stumbled upon a parallel website RYTR.me- they claimed that they are much superior than the Performance of Copy.ai, aslo their content are SEO friendly. The has helped me get quick messages out to my social media however the copy isn't always straight forward and tends to go off mark so a lot of rewrites and corrections.

Better than Jarvis

I've tried several AI writers – Jarvis, WordHero, Writecream – but none of them even come close to Copy.AI. Great solution, worth every $$$. Looking forward to trying future new features (hopefully, more SEO support!).
