Great CRM for G Suite users
What do you like best? The tight integration with G Suite - email, documents and calendar in particular - makes PW a breeze to work with for G Suite users. When an email from a new contact hits your inbox, it can be added automatically to PW with all the necessary information - contact details, company description, social links etc. - all filled in automatically. Best CRM I've used.
What do you like best? The most helpful thing with Copper for me is how easily and efficiently it works with my Gmail account. What do you dislike? I haven't found too much that I dislike with Copper yet. It is a very user friendly CRM and I've used everything from a custom built CRM to SalesForce to Microsoft Dynamics and Copper is the most user friendly I've used so far. Gmail integration is a great time saver
What do you like best? I use Copper directly in my web interface Gmail account for my business. It's very easy to handle tasks, emails, edit details in records and use email templates. What do you dislike? It would be nice to have more templates and email tracking in the base plan. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I keep track of all opportunities, communication with leads and customers.

Customization, Easy, Flexable
What do you like best? The customization options and flexibility are largely endless. They support you receive from them is quick, easy to follow, and often teaches you more about the systems. You can build out a ticketing system with some easy to find formulas, and the reporting options are flexible and can provide so much information about individual pipelines, company types etc. (Copper and integrations). A solution that is totally embedded with G Suite and user friendly.
What do you like best? Embedded in the G Suite, helps me and my colleagues don't fall through the cracks. What do you dislike? Do not have a Portuguese version, that's the common request from our customers. A much needed and fresh change from the standard CRM's that are out there today.
What do you like best? Setup is a breeze! Love the direct integration with Gmail and being able to stay in Gmail for the majority of my day instead of switching back and forth for mundane tasks.
