Copper Improves Sales Productivity

What do you like best? Aside from the data capture and the ability to auto capture activities in G Suite that related to leads and opportunities, our ability to see the big picture and easily click and drag opportunities through the process saves us time and effort on reporting and status updates. What do you like best? The Chrome extension is extremely useful, the functionality is quite intuitive, it allows you to customize the stages of the projects as you work. What do you like best? It is nice to be able to access Copper from any computer. There are multiple options for how you manage your contacts and opportunities. What do you dislike? The biggest issue I encounter is slow loading times. Even with a more than enough bandwidth, where nothing else is slow, Copper can be slow to load. I usually have two Copper screens open so I can be loading one contact while I am calling another. Probably only an issue for sales people making calls. ...

Great CRM, prefer it to other CRMs

What do you like best? It's easy to create new fields and the extension to gmail is much easier to use than what I've used with CRMs in the past. Tracking tasks is useful and it's not too cluttered like other CRMs. What do you dislike? The redundancy of Person, Opportunity, and Company is a bit annoying. A must have for any Business

What do you like best? Copper makes it possible for us to move customers between sales representatives and never leave a customer behind. I absolutely love the Template feature and the bulk change features. They make my job much faster and easier because before Copper I had to email every client individually which took hours upon hours of my time and now I can get all of my clients done in about 30 minutes allowing me to focus on new and more important things. It has changed the way I do business!

What do you like best? It has made my sales organization so much better! The customers are always so impressed when I call them back the day I tell them I will. Many say that we are the only company that continually follows up! I love Copper! The opportunities portion works awesome for me to track my follow-up sales calls. How using Copper has made our job as a mortgage broker seamless and efficient

What do you like best? Copper integrates directly with GSuite, so every single email, contact, and calendar event is automatically tracked. I also love the tasks feature.
