We have had a fantastic customer service

We have had a fantastic customer success POC in Heather McClure. She has been incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. The only glitch we've had is when the system was having problems (not updating information and we weren't proactively informed. The help desk process was initially frustrating but when I got them on the phone it went much smoother. Had they sent out a notification that the system was having problems we would have saved ourselves a lot of time and frustration.

A super powerful crm that's easy to use. It took me about 2 days to learn ProsperWorks and I'm a big fan of it! It has all the bells and whistles of other crm's and the way it functions just makes sense.

This is a new system

This is a new system, and they are still building out features. Their service is great, am only giving 4 stars because I think the system isn't mature yet.

Logging Calls

Focusing a bit more on how users can log activities such as calls would be a big improvement.Currently to efficiently log several calls I have to open several tabs which bogs down my machine.Pipeline projection tools would be another nice addition in the future.

FLIP IT

My experience is I don't spend enough time learning the best way to use the CRM or to be very efficient I'm sure I can customize this product to do a better job with how I manage myself and contacts but I can't seem to find the time to learn more. Also if this product worked with Outlook it would be awesome. Gmail / Inbox for Gmail just doesn't have the best interface
