A Game Changer for my CRM Needs
What do you like best? I really enjoy Copper's seamless integration with the Google Suite. It helps me see all my Copper activity without having to leave my inbox. Simplifying work flow and automation
What do you like best? I like the ability to work through my gmail account. The Copper Ad-Ons are very useful. When inputting a new email address Copper automatically adds in useful contact information for me. Sales pipelines are very straightforward. You can move along your sales pipeline and can make a pass down to the next user with ease. Love Using Copper
What do you like best? I like how it tracks my phone calls, text messages and emails to my clients and updates their profiles in copper. It is super easy to use and I was able to learn it quickly without too many questions. What do you dislike? Scam Artists
Scam Artists. They offer no refund what so ever. So if you're on an annual plan, and cancel be aware that even if you cancel the day they take payment they will not refund you. Or you'll cancel and they'll still take payment and then offer no refund. They have zero care for their customers and when you contact them via chat they say you have to raise a ticket via billing, who just send you a link to their refund policy - which isn't a refund policy it's just no refunds.Avoid!

CRM tool for an orderly optimization of the workflow.
What do you like best? After cancellation they took payment from me and have ghosted me since then.
I terminated the auto-renew on the Copper site early in June of this year. Then a week later I got an email from their customer service saying they would renew my account. I replied saying that I had cancelled and asking could they confirm. No reply.Then I manually closed the account on 18th June. I have a screenshot to confirm this with the message 'we're sad to see you go'. Having heard nothing I phoned my bank to ask them to stop the payment. My bank said they couldn't do this as it was ...

Powerful with marketing systems !!
