Setup was a breeze

What do you like best? The ease of use, integration with our Gmail and the fact that you get a clear view of how long it's been since you last made contact with someone. This means none of our leads or connections fall through the cracks. What do you dislike? We'd like to see more project management functionality. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I’ve tried other CRM tools before Prosperworks, but I prefer this one because of the integration with Google Apps. We managed to eliminate all duplicates. I often use the calendar feature because it helps me to put everything on the calendar and offers access to inside-out CRM tool. Very Capable CRM with Minimal Data Entry

What do you like best? We are using G-Suite in our Office. So the MInimal Data Entry, Gmail Widget, Inbox Widget were what attracted us and kept us using Prosperworks. What do you like best? User friendly. Crawls emails for data. Integration with GMail and GSuite. Affordable. What do you dislike? Parent and Child accounts could be useful. If people switch from Salesforce to PW, their exports will be structured like that. I would also like a direct integration with My Emma email marketing. What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use. Many CRMs are built with upper management in mind. They want to be able to see what is happening on the "sales floor".
