Rockstar Integrated Sales and Communications Tools
What do you like best? GSuite and Copper fit like a glove! No more data capture and filling out CRM screens - Copper literally automates 90% of the data you need to capture to keep opportunities up to date. What do you dislike? There is not much to dislike. Pretty much like all CRM suites out there it is difficult to track and estimate the forward value/likelyhood of recurring SaaS subscription revenue that is likely to be generated from a sale... and when it is likely to be realised. ...

Simple and very Google like
What do you like best? advances intuitive integration with Gmail. Adding leads is very easy and fast. What do you dislike? I would like a simple integration with Quickbooks Online...when Opportunity advances, it triggers the creation of a customer record in QBO. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Opportunity management and email marketing. Easy to track an follow up on Opps and emails that are opened by leads and prospects.

Incredible functionality, fair price, incredible service!
What do you like best? Ease of day-to-day use is probably the best feature. No matter how great a crm's features are, if your sales people aren't using it, it doesn't matter. What do you dislike? While this isn't a complaint, as PW is AWESOME, I would like to see more automation in the platform. Also, and the "projects" functionality seems half-baked. Recommendations to others considering the product Get it... Unless you have extremely specific use cases, or if your company is over ...

Best experience for a CRM and I've used a lot of them...
What do you like best? I like the simplicity of ProsperWorks. A seasoned sales veteran who has not used this technology can use it. What do you dislike? I'd like to be able to drill down on how our internal folks are using Pworks... so we can get it more info on what works, what isn't working and what we need to train more. Recommendations to others considering the product Use it, you will not be sorry. From ACT!, Salesforce, Capsule, and others... I've used several and this by far ...

Best CRM ever
What do you like best? Seamless integration with GSuite, ease of customization, and ease of use. Emails are attached to each contact no matter which employee had the email conversation so anyone can pick up the conversation and refer to what's already been communicated. What do you dislike? No recently viewed contacts list No email address for a company It would be nice if when creating a person who works at a company that's already in Prosperworks, if the company address ...

This is one of the best CRM system because works great with Gmail and Google apps
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Prosper Works provides greatn integration with Google Apps and we are able to use all options with my Gmail account. Whenever I have conversation with a client through email I can click on its name and add the person as lead. I really like that I can do my work directly from Gmail and add new tasks on Google Calendar. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It lacks integration with Quickbooks. What specific ...

It saves us lot time and it provides great integration with Google Apps
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like the integration with Google Apps, and I like that we can work with CRM systems that are all similar. ProsperWorks saves us time and this means that we have more time to do things instead of spending lot of time on things that can be done automatically through ProsperWorks. What aspects are problematic or could work better? They could improve the dashboard, calendar system and some sales cycle elements. Also, they could ...

Best CRM in town -- a few basic limitations
What do you like best? Integration with G Suite works very well for the most part. UI and UX are fantastic. A Chrome extension that lives inside your inbox is super useful. Very little manual data entry is required. Quality technical support. What do you dislike? Google Contacts integration is very limited. Reporting is limited (the more robust way to do reporting is outside the CRM, via Google Sheets. Dashboard customization is not possible. Automated Actions are ...
