I couldn't run my business without Copper
What do you like best? I absolutely love the seamless integration with gmail! I love the filter option when looking for customer information. The ability to create "Opportunities" for contacts is really helpful in tracking my workflow through the days/weeks. What do you dislike? So easy it does the work for you!
What do you like best? Copper is the best CRM I've ever used (have been selling 20+ years. Virtually "weightless," it doesn't impede the regular flow of my sales process but instead, facilitates it by making it easy to enter new contacts (it finds them for me!, captures valuable information (I know where we are in the process with little manual input, and allows me to chart and report progress. Easiest and most effective CRM I have ever used
What do you like best? Great to "tag" others when working with leads together. Nice templates for quick emails. Very easy to export list to sheets and review all your contacts and notes. Clean setup with notes and a feed front and center, adjustable filters. What do you dislike? No screenshots allowed to add as a file was a huge disappointment. Gmail integration and pipeline automation -- freaking sweet.
What do you like best? I like that it automates our sales pipeline tasks. We move an opportunity through the pipeline and it automatically generates tasks as we go. What do you dislike? I don't like that it doesn't integrate with Zendesk. We handle all of our support from Zendesk and when an email is sent through Zendesk, Prosperworks doesn't pick that up and add it to the contact's record. Seamless Gmail integration and thoughtful features that delight
What do you like best? There are many features I like, but the two that leap to mind are auto refresh and the way emails are integrated. For example, if I have an opportunity I am tracking, and I speak to a new person at the company, or someone at a different company that is associated with that opportunity (like a vendor, I can add them to the Opportunity and any communications I have had with that person are automagically pulled in to that Opportunity. Best low-cost general CRM available
What do you like best? This is a low-cost CRM that integrates with the Google ecosystem. We are a small start-up which relies heavily on a nimble CRM system to organize our many pilots and projects. What do you like best? The integration across Gsuite has helped to make adding leads and other information into our CRM very smooth and easy. Helping to ensure that members of our team utilize it. What do you like best? Very modular to accommodate your business's workflow and how you handle customers and opportunities.
