A decent system, that is customisable.

What do you like best? Simple web format, with a mobile app too for when you are on the go. The interface is good on both desktop and mobile, adding information is simple and you can also customise mandatory fields. It also has a very easy integration with GSuite of you are using that too. It does also have a google mail extension as well. It has recently added some nice interface feature like dragging clients thought he various sales cycle stages instead of having to open them and make ...

A much needed and fresh change from the gorilla

What do you like best? Setup is a breeze! Love the direct integration with Gmail and being able to stay in Gmail for the majority of my day instead of switching back and forth for mundane tasks. It makes everything that much easier to manage and ensure I am staying on top of my accounts and nurturing where I need to instead of dropping a ball here and there What do you dislike? Size of the company is still smaller which can be a good/bad thing. They are lacking some integrations, but ...

Intuitive Design, inbound implied data, data visualization needs improvement

What do you like best? Inbound leads come with implied data (based on user activity on Google AND declared data from the user. My business purchases leads from 3rd party sources. An inbound lead comes thru with the lead's social profiles and interests populating into the CRM. This is great since the info I paid for was their contact info and industry specific user data. What do you dislike? Graph visualization and dashboards are limited. If you want to customize KPIs, some creativity ...

This is one of the best CRM system because works great with Gmail and Google apps

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Prosper Works provides greatn integration with Google Apps and we are able to use all options with my Gmail account. Whenever I have conversation with a client through email I can click on its name and add the person as lead. I really like that I can do my work directly from Gmail and add new tasks on Google Calendar. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It lacks integration with Quickbooks. What specific ...

Seamless integration with G-Suite

What do you like best? Copper provides us with an excellent integration with the G Suite of products. This enables us to use a CRM that works well with our existing environment rather than find a way to transfer data back and forth by some third party application. The integration with Google Sheets for ease of data manipulation is excellent and we are excited to investigate the use of Google Data Studio and Copper What do you dislike? We would appreciate some customisable functional in ...

ProsperWorks has great integration with Google Apps

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Prosperworks provides an integration with Google Apps and this is what I like most about this software. We are able to work with our CRM software systems and they are all similar. Prosper works saves us lot of time especially when it comes to addresses, we can be more focused on our progress instead of wasting time on somthing that can be done automatically. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The dashboard, ...

Copper Makes Business Easier

What do you like best? Copper integrates seamlessly with my email, making it easy to look up client info as I'm communicating with them. It also helps me automate new client data, and let's me keep track of potential sales in the pipeline. What do you dislike? For some reason when putting addresses in to Copper, it will cut out the first number of the zip code. My zip code is 01420, but copper corrects it to 1420, which is a pain when I want to click on the link cause google maps ...
