Best CRM for Gsuite
What do you like best? Copper is intuitive and easy to use. Not much setup and you can get started right away. Easy to import contacts and start managing sales teams. What do you dislike? The pricing tiers kinda suck. I would like the email tracking in the lower tier. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We need tools to foster manage customer relationships and close more deals.

Copper - The best CRM if you use G-Suite products!
What do you like best? The best part about Copper is it's seamless integration with G-suite Products. From my Gmail, I can automatically add new leads and lead activity to the CRM. The Copper Chrome Extension side bar makes it easy for me to stay on top of my daily tasks. The platform is very user friendly and simple to customize to your specific business goals and needs. What do you dislike? There is not much that I dislike about Copper. The only thing that could use improvement is ...

The Perfect CRM, Outstanding Customer Support, Unbeatable Price.
What do you like best? The best part about Copper CRM is, hands-down, the support we receive from the team at Copper Inc. From the get-go, we had someone walking us through every single step from on-boarding to setup and making sure we're happy. (Thanks a ton David!. Our team has also met a few people from the team at Copper twice now, and we're on opposite coasts! What do you dislike? There's nothing to dislike about Copper! The only thing I dislike is that every business isn't using ...

Good enough
What do you like best? This is a functional CRM and inexpensive. We have multiple users on one login because our secretary doesn't actually log conversations, nor does our owner. What do you dislike? If you put a lead in as a person on accident, there is no way to revert the data, only to delete and do manual data entry back in, or export everything, clean your data and then reimport. that one feature would save tons of time Recommendations to others considering the product Make ...

Simple yet Powerful
What do you like best? The user interface is intuitive and easy to use, and its' seamless integration with G Suite is outstanding. One of my favorite features is that I can mouse-over a name or email address in Gmail and have all the opportunities related to that person, along with all of their contact details, show up instantly in the Copper panel on the sidebar. What do you dislike? Not a lot to say here but if I had to pick something it would be a bit deeper of integration with ...

Great for making sales interactions easier
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to track every sort of interaction I have with prospects. What do you dislike? I dislike that there is not nearly enough reporting functionality and my Customer Success team doesnt have the tools needed to use the software for their purposes. There is no ticketing system. Recommendations to others considering the product I would recommend Copper to people considering it for a sales CRM for sure. However, definitely check in to the ...

Essential Copper
What do you like best? Copper is simple to use and works on all our devices. As you can quickly see every interaction with a person due to it's tight integration with gmail, it compelling and enthusiastically used by all my staff. What do you dislike? There could be a tighter integration between Google Contacts and Copper. You quickly end up with contact information being out of sync and there is no true "on source of truth". Recommendations to others considering the product Don't ...

More time to deal with clients
What do you like best? Copper is great in helping you with less manual data entry. All our systems are pushing and pulling data through the APIs and that saves a lot of time for me to have all data that is needed to make the right decisions. What do you dislike? The inability to change the date of the creation of opportunities. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saving a lot of time that got lost on manual data entry. The ...

Easy CRM for email heavy businesses!
What do you like best? I love how easily Copper integrates with Gmail! No extra steps to track interactions with clients and monitor communication with them! What do you dislike? Price jump is considerable from a small team to a medium sized team. A medium sized price range or "lite" version for more users would be helpful. Recommendations to others considering the product Train your whole team on how to access activity from other Copper users in your company. We had some issues ...
