My experience with their support…is utterly awful

My experience with their support department is the worst I've ever experienced in my career, it's absolutely abysmal and deplorable, I have a lawsuit against them.

Stay away.

Seriously, stay away. The product isn't as advertised and I wasn't offered any sort of compensation for what are blatant lies on their website. I then went to their executive team who offered me a refund, but it has been 3 weeks and EVERY email I send checking the status of it is ghosted.Never have I dealt with a company so shady. They make the mafia look legit.

Poor support, refund policy charges 2 months after canceling

What do you like best? Copper is a simple way to maintain my contacts. The leads pipeline and dashboard was useful as well. What do you dislike? The UI is a bit lackluster, I found most of my time was spent in sidebars rather than utilizing the full screen. The new projects feature is very basic, but it's there if you need it. The billing support is also very poor. They are quick to respond to take your money but if you want a refund then they will just stop replying. ...

Copper is actually fun!

What do you like best? The seamless integration with google's gsuite is the most useful feature, hands down. Not having to transcribe data, track communications and otherwise link systems manually is a huge timesaver. The ability to quickly and seamlessly book meetings with customers is also a feature we love. The reporting is great and the ability to export data that can then become part of financial reporting is also hugely important. What do you dislike? One thing I dislike ...

Copper is my brain extension!

What do you like best? Gmail integration. Adding contacts easily. What do you dislike? Going into Cooper to see Task email. Before there was a link to the email in the task notification. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? 1) Account management organazation. 2) I'm getting old and remember nothing. The ease of login tasks and reading them saves me.

Copper Review

What do you like best? How you canmake your own different filters for clients, tasks, adn anything else you need to keep track of. What do you dislike? Nothing to be honest, everything that you have is more than enough. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have different pipelines for our different bussines. One big benefit is the fact that you can many differents tasks in different poeple so you never forget.

Simplicity With Copper's Integration with GMail

What do you like best? Using it day-in and day-out as I work in my Gmail account. What do you dislike? I have to use a second CRM for incoming/outgoing automation What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Opportunities allows me to keep track of leads that would otherwise get lost and/or forgotten. Once it's in the system, I can ignore them OR pay attention to them. But I can not forget them.

I recommend Copper daily!

What do you like best? How easy and intuitive it is.I've used and sold many CRMs and I feel that Copper is the best! What do you dislike? I haven't found anything I don't like yet. The platform is very flexible and allows me to do what I want and customize it for anything I need. Recommendations to others considering the product: I conduct demos all day of our sales SaaS. Any time I am speaking to a prospect that is evaluating CRMs, I highly recommend Copper as an ...
