Cooper is a great tool
What do you like best? Copper is a great tool to be able to organize tasks, use as a CRM to store data and information. I love that you can choose a step in the process and it can be integrated with email and many other tools for notification and ease of use. What do you dislike? I wish there was an option to copy opportunities in the tool and make small changes Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are thinking about a great CRM tool with great organization ...

Great Buy in from the Sales Team
What do you like best? Copper ties right into our Goolge enterprise accounts making this CRM seamless to the sales team. What do you dislike? The new logo and name do not seem to have any correlation to the product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of all of our leads and tying the emails and conversations of each step under one thread.

Specialist in Business Resources planning.
What do you like best? Copper is very flexible when it comes to managing, personalizing, I like the advantage it has with the interactions of each client and allows me to have my potential clients separated from my real clients, it really makes it less tedious, it allows me to analyze the inconveniences of a sale and follow up on the process. What do you dislike? Even Copper needs to improve some things like for example: his library does not help to solve common problems, there are ...

Easy to use and great CRM.
What do you like best? What I like best of Copper is the smooth integration of Copper to Gmail and Google Products. Additionally I love that it is incredibly easy to use and it doesn't requiere technical implementation. I love Copper's integration with Google Data Studio, as it allows me to implement very easily any kind of report. I also like the possibility of having a CRM App on my phone, so I can read, know and review information related to my business prospect, as I am moving ...

Not ready for prime time
What do you like best? the flexibility. We can make significant customizations to meet our current needs. Given the current malfunctions it is hard to highlight positive features. What do you dislike? The big selling point of Copper is the integration with Gsuite. Unfortunately, fully 1/3 of our users do not connect with G-suite. For two months Copper has been "working on" this issue. Still not working. After working directly with support and getting no response we have had to resort ...

Moderately satisfied
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to see notes left by other employees. @people is easy and efficient. I also like being able to create tasks, have them automates, and be able to tell when the task was completed and by who. What do you dislike? The colors. They updated and changed the colors so everything is too uniform. It's hard to differentiate between people, opportunities etc. Recommendations to others considering the product It works fine for smaller businesses. ...

Seamless integration
What do you like best? Why reinvent the wheel when you can just upgrade with a great hubcap! LOVE that the AI tracks my activity seamlessly through my Google Suite. What do you dislike? Many of our contacts are international and an API with WhatsApp would be fantasitic. Recommendations to others considering the product Try it. You will like it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking activity and outreach

I've requested my account be closed…
I've requested my account be closed twice now (using the official channels and nobody has got back to me. This is an absolute disgrace as it's almost been a month and my account is due to be billed again tomorrow.
