I requested to stop billing ( and they can only do on 1 day they can't pro rate you so I waited another month...they dinged my credit card again! no customer service...just some offshore response bot. You can't call anyone to get help (ever!They take hours to respond or days. Good Program with a good growth potential (and a few quarks)
What do you like best? Copper is beautiful. Their design team did a great job recently to redesign, and it shows. It is a very simple program and easy for most basic users to pick up on. What do you dislike? It is customizable, but it does have its limits. Simple but robust
What do you like best? After evaluating 3 similarly prices CRMs, my sales team decided on Copper. They liked Copper because it had enough features to handle a SaaS sales cycle, and was reasonably priced. It also has a lot of great integrations through Zapier. Great CRM
What do you like best? It is very user friendly. Things are only a few clicks away and it works very well. What do you dislike? I wish that the workflow could be ordered differently, create a task flow that allows you to move from one to the next. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps us keep track of our client relationships and sets up automatic tasks so that no one slips through the cracks.
