"Convoso"

What do you like best about Convoso? Predictive dialing...looking forward to experimenting with Conversational AI next! What do you dislike about Convoso? There is a small learning curve...but the team is very diligent in helping with implementation and support. What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to scrub a bulk of data...even with a smaller team.

"Perfect for Lead Management"

What do you like best about Convoso? Convoso is perfect for lead management. Allows you to easily organize lists and workflow automation. The agent monitor page is one of the best features to be able to view what agents are doing, help guide them through live calls, and send broadcast messages to the whole team. "Convoso! great contact and excellent reports!"

What do you like best about Convoso? Convoso is extremely efficient at increasing the contact rate of the leads you have in your system and it also provides excellent reports on a day-to-day basis to allow you to follow your call center's success. What do you like best about Convoso? The Predictive Dialer through Convoso is what sets it apart from others. They also have a great team! What do you dislike about Convoso? Some of the reporting on the admin side could be improved. What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Convoso allows our agents to talk to more consumers more often. The most significant benefit is a higher conversion.

I like that convoso is very easy to make inbound and outbound calls, the most I like that you can set automatic call assignment which is very helpful for maintaining KPI under target What do you dislike about Convoso?
