"Convoso is a great tool to use be successful in a company."

What do you like best about Convoso? That is extremely easy to navigate as a system. It is very hands on. What do you dislike about Convoso? It seems to lag a little bit every now and then. You do have to sometimes log in and out daily to get it to work properly. What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? It solving the problem of being able to get ahold of leads to perform transfers.

Calls tend to drop at random times and sometimes the dashboard will glitch and wont show any lead information What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Convoso? I love how Convoso makes it easy to sort through different calling campaigns and the seamless interface displaying prospect's information during a call. What do you dislike about Convoso? Sometimes it is difficult to sign back into Convoso when the browser is forcibly shut down. What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Convoso makes it easier to increase outreach volume. More contacts equals more potential leads and increased business.

The downside while using Convoso would be the high call volume delays. The system will lag and delay while trying to dispo calls. What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? I would say their IT support works hard when an issue arises, which benefits us all.

Sometimes gets stuck on the dialogue page when switching, but catches up after a few seconds. What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Makes it easy to call clients and run through all call listings quickly, which increases productivity
