"Convoso is a great tool to use be successful in a company."

What do you like best about Convoso? That is extremely easy to navigate as a system. It is very hands on. What do you dislike about Convoso? It seems to lag a little bit every now and then. You do have to sometimes log in and out daily to get it to work properly. What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? It solving the problem of being able to get ahold of leads to perform transfers.

What do you like best about Convoso? It is easy to Use and it records all calls in a timely manner. What do you dislike about Convoso? Calls tend to drop at random times and sometimes the dashboard will glitch and wont show any lead information What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? It keeps me in contact with leads in a timely manner

What do you like best about Convoso? Very consistent calling throughout the day makes work go fast What do you dislike about Convoso? The callback log is sometimes inconsistent with reminders. What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Cutting down on down time in the office

What do you like best about Convoso? I love how Convoso makes it easy to sort through different calling campaigns and the seamless interface displaying prospect's information during a call. What do you dislike about Convoso? Sometimes it is difficult to sign back into Convoso when the browser is forcibly shut down. What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Convoso makes it easier to increase outreach volume. More contacts equals more potential leads and increased business.

What do you like best about Convoso? I love how simple it is. Very easy to use and understand. What do you dislike about Convoso? I dislike when Convoso freezes up or lags with the script. What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Convoso is beginning to smooth out a little more with the lagging which helps me get sells.

"Convoso user"

What do you like best about Convoso? Convoso is easy to use and operate. It's straightforward to access calls and reference back to anything recorded. What do you dislike about Convoso? The downside while using Convoso would be the high call volume delays. The system will lag and delay while trying to dispo calls. What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? I would say their IT support works hard when an issue arises, which benefits us all.

What do you like best about Convoso? Simple, easy and quick to use. Can easily switch between different clients while taking inbound and outbound calls. What do you dislike about Convoso? Sometimes gets stuck on the dialogue page when switching, but catches up after a few seconds. What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Makes it easy to call clients and run through all call listings quickly, which increases productivity
