What do you like best about Convoso? I love using the dashboard to view call progression and my personal daily usage of the system on a daily basis. Having a way to see my daily performance creates a great metric. What do you dislike about Convoso? I don't like the voice message system because there is no way to receive an alert of new messages. What do you like best about Convoso? Customizable. It's easy to understand/use. What do you dislike about Convoso? Audio takes long to process. Have had many system failures last no more than an hour What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? none that i know of
