"Convoso"

What do you like best about Convoso? I like that Convoso is very user friendly and easy to navigate. It has different fields that work great for logging calls. What do you dislike about Convoso? As of right now there is nothing I dislike about Convoso What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Convoso allows me to handle each call, properly log and add appropriate info, and disposition my call.

"Best system ive ever used"

What do you like best about Convoso? Ease of access, awesome user interface, easy to operate What do you dislike about Convoso? Not a while lot really, just the time that it takes to process a call and listen to the recording. What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? They are fixing call quality, which is a great improvement and a necessity.

What do you like best about Convoso? I really appreciate how organized and user friendly that Convoso is. It is an easy platform to use and has a great layout. "Convoso is very easy to use and creates a great process flow"

What do you like best about Convoso? I love using the dashboard to view call progression and my personal daily usage of the system on a daily basis. Having a way to see my daily performance creates a great metric. What do you dislike about Convoso? I don't like the voice message system because there is no way to receive an alert of new messages. I have no complaints about Convoso, it is very sufficient for my job What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you?
