Good solution with a good price
What do you like best? Great price point for this solution. Support is top notch support to get you started and keep you moving What do you dislike? Not all too much to say that I dislike about this solution. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? helped us leverage our sales and marketing productivity and keep our competitive edge against the competition

"Best overall experience. Minimal issues only"
What do you like best about Convoso? Best user Interface and we seldome experience system issues What do you dislike about Convoso? CRM keeps on loading and sms messages aren't delivered this rarely happens only What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Auto log-out sometimes. Tried solving it by just setting my status as pause instead of not ready

What do you like best about Convoso? The customer service is excellent always there when I need it and helps in a professional and friendly manner What do you dislike about Convoso? Could be a little bit challeging if you're not a little bit tech savvy What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Convoso? It's clean, simple and very user-friendly. The online chat support staff are accommodating and explains everything in detail. The system has minimal issues or downtime; everything is simple to understand. By far the best USA dialler I've used. What do you dislike about Convoso? "Dialing made easy"
What do you like best about Convoso? Convoso makes both the managerial and agent side of a Call Center easy. Training convoso is great as it is very user friendly. Rarely run into any system issues and if we do, Convosos support team will resolve it in a timely fashion. What do you dislike about Convoso? Occasional scrubbing of leads can be difficult. Dispositioned leads can come back into the dialer. Inbound calls trigger dispositioned leads to be reset. What problems is Convoso solving ...

What do you like best about Convoso? convso is nicest for reporting and the auto dialer What do you dislike about Convoso? not many downside to convoso, i would say it is slightly annoying with having it all in PST time and not EST time but that is not that big of a deal What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? a problem we had was effiency before convoso but with the auto dialer it solved all of that

What do you like best about Convoso? It is efficient. As well as very user friendly even for those not to tech savvy. What do you like best about Convoso? Covoso is exceptionally user-friendly and easy to navigate. I highly recommend it! What do you dislike about Convoso? So far, I have not experienced any downsides or issues with Convoso. What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Routes inbound calls and works as a dialer.

What do you like best about Convoso? The product is easy to use with a low learning curve. What do you dislike about Convoso? Some recordings were corrupted or deleted and could not be retrieved. What problems is Convoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Convoso is a tool for call centers to dial, track, and store information for incoming and outbound calls.
