Great CRM

What do you like best? I have been using convoso for three years for work and it’s a very easy system to navigate. I like the fact that I can easily search for leads and see my call times. What do you dislike? The system will freeze when I switch dispositions sometimes but I don’t know if that’s my internet or Convoso itself. The Best for Outbound Dialing

What do you like best? Multiple dials at the same time. The setup is as good as it gets for outbound/inbound dialing. What do you dislike? The setup can be a little confusing to get used to. Once your affluent with it, it's great! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Much more of an outreach with using this. The work flow and outreach has close to double.

Wonderful for at call centers!

What do you like best? very easy to use, helpful customer support, dashboard shows updated live revenue What do you dislike? Professional Service and good price

What do you like best? The rates are great for this program at only 149.00 a month, as we have an annula subscription at our company. Their customer service is excellent and very professional. What do you dislike? The only language it is supported in is english, and as we have a bilingual office, this can be cause for concern. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? To optimize our marketing and sales strategy on a national level.
