Inexpensive Phone tracking solution

What do you like best? Convirza is the easiest and one of the less expensive phone tracking solutions out there. Its great especially for smaller businesses that don't have high volume calls but still need call tracking. What do you dislike? We have had some issues with robo calls hitting some of the numbers we were assigned but that may have simply been some bad phone numbers in the pool that were assigned to us. Cumbersome but usable.

What do you like best? I like that Convirza gives me relatively quick access to gross calls by route, group, and over reasonable time periods, with some limited analytics. Also, purchasing new numbers is straightforward and intuitive. What do you dislike? The UX loads slowly and takes a long time to accomplish even basic tasks. What do you like best? Over the past 8 months, LogMyCalls voice algorithms has become a critical part of our data analytics and market analysis. Their technical staff has tweaked its algorithms to support our HVAC & plumbing industry contractors with greater than 95% accuracy. This product gives YOU the power!

What do you like best? Interface allows you to make the changes to your account. Previous call providers required their approval for certain parts of the service. Log My Calls make the listening and finding of new numbers extremely easy. What do you dislike? The web app can be a little slow. Log my calls is a great way to keep track of calls made and received

What do you like best? I like that any calls received and placed are tracked well and all metrics are well displayed, letting you see exactly how you are doing. LogMyCalls has greatly increased the amount of quality leads we receive each day

What do you like best? One of the best features of LogMyCalls is the ability to analyze each call, and rate the quality of the lead. In this way, Log MyCalls provides data and valuable insight that we use in determining the best place for our ad spend budgets. What do you like best? The LogMyCalls dashboard was my favorite part. Compared to other call tracking systems I've used they have the best user interface system. The call grading feature was also helpful for certain clients who used the call recording to grade their employees. The customer service I received was also top notch. What do you like best? We have been with LogMyCalls for over 1 1/2 years. All along, their features and service, are way above any of their competitors in their industry. The one or two times that we had an issue with a client's number, the solution was found and corrected the very same day. Their tech support is just superb.
