What do you like best about Convin.ai? Convin is something you would love to work with once you start working with it. Logo se le kar facilities tak..it it a great experience..!! What do you dislike about Convin.ai? Disliking is not what you call it..there is always some AOIs. What problems is Convin.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? Auditing all the calls for all the users integrated is the best thing that provides it!

What do you like best about Convin.ai? Customizable as per your requirement. AI audits and insights is the key feature. 100 percentage call audits done by the AI system.sysyem learns from you as time goes. What do you dislike about Convin.ai? Loading delays, WIP features, generic approach on audits. Time taken by AI to get to the accuracy. What problems is Convin.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? "Provide amazing trends on teams!"

What do you like best about Convin.ai? Convin's ability to gather statistics and information from a single scorecard that contains all the necessary information is quite beneficial and can be further implemented easily by any agent to improve. "Easy to access all the insights of calls for managers as well as for representatives!"

What do you like best about Convin.ai? Convin provides many number of features if it's related to a representative or manager. Managers can access the calls of the reps and assign assessments to the agents who might need some improvement. Dashboards are easy to access and know about each representative's performance.
