What do you like best? This is a really robust AI conversation tool with honestly no competitors. I've checked! If your database is large enough, you'd be crazy to not have a tool like this operating in the background, working dead leads and driving business automatically form otherwise unused resources. What do you dislike? The price. It is eyewateringly expensive. The price is negotiable, which always leaves me wondering if I've been hosed or overcharged when the deal is done. ...

What do you like best? Depending on how the prospect responds, it can uncover some potentially lost hot leads. This gives the rep a really specific and easy reason to call and close business. What do you dislike? Some of the responses listed as "hot" were not and tends to skew numbers for the reps. What do you like best? I like its ability to process natural language and read the responses we get. I also like that the system's responses have enough variation that it seems like a real person instead of a robot assistant. What do you dislike? Good product but poor accounting processes

What do you like best? The product is interesting and works well. Easy to use and great results. but the back end of stuff just isn't worth the time What do you dislike? "Excellent automotive service tool to communicate with customers"

What do you like best about Conversica? Conversica allows us to reach customers who have not recently visited the dealership and may be loss leaders. We are also able to better communicate and reach further clients. The amount of people who respond is far greater than other methods we have used in the past.
