What do you like best? I like the fact that our reps receive already qualified/warm leads and don't have to start from the very beginning on attempted reach-outs. What do you dislike? Easy, Persistent Communication
What do you like best? Love how the assistant is working with you to close your leads. Helping connect you with leads that may need more support to close the deal. I love being able to see all of the responses and that it alerts you to those leads that need more attention. The reporting is amazing and the dashboard provides very quick information on how your assistant is doing. Easy to Use
What do you like best? Making changes and updates is easy. Customer service is some of the best I have experienced. What do you dislike? Implementation took a lot longer than I would have liked. Recommendations to others considering the product: Be prepared for several calls leading up to the implementation. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Conversica is great at reaching out to a large number of contacts without having to think about when or how to followup.
